We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and your pets. Unfortunately, there has been an increased number of "no shows" for appointments that has caused our clinic to not have available appointments for other sick or emergent patients. This is the reason that we have found it necessary to institute a deposit policy of $50 per pet. The deposit will be applied to your invoice but will be forfeited if the appointment is not kept or cancelled within 24 hours in advance. We are sincerely sorry to our loyal clients that it has come to this.
